Our Organization & Partners

We are all partners in enjoying and maintaining Gilcrease Hills.

Each of our eleven villages (map here) elects a volunteer representative to the board, which then elects a president, vice-president, secretary, and treasurer. In addition, the paid staff includes a manager, assistant manager, maintenance staff, and weekend staff. The board meets monthly on the second Thursday at 6pm in the clubhouse—all homeowners are welcome to attend. In addition, an annual meeting is held on the fourth Saturday of October each year. The staff is available Tuesday-Friday during regular business hours, 9am-6pm Tuesday-Friday.
