  • Green Book Travelers

We are gathering history from people who used the Green Book, a guide to African American road travelers in the pre-civil-rights era (1933-1963). If you traveled with the Green Book, you are a hero and we want to hear your story and recognize you! With your photos and stories, we want to make the invisible, visable. We're also interested in your stories from today--tell us about the places you've felt welcomed on the road. We are all travelers together. History speaks--travelers listen. Here’s our site: https://historypin.org/en/greenbook
